This checkerboard-printed midi is beautifully lightweight and comes with a deep split to the hem to give it plenty of natural movement. As for the elasticated waist? We're sold.

The colour was vibrant as per the website but I felt the front split was just a little bit much for me and as the skirt is not lined you can see quite a lot of the reverse of the fabric. I opted for the Gigi skirt instead - the pattern disguises any creases and it has pockets</span>
