An in-between cargo midi that will take us into the cooler months with ease. This is our Ava skirt, and it's what we pull on when the forecast is showing double digits but we still want to channel our new-season look. We've given it a curved hem to soften the overall effect, and the elasticated waist means it's comfortable too. Pair it with a basic tank and suede mules for a laid-back feel.

<span itemprop="description">This is a well made garment and I liked the heavy fabric. I can usually wear a midi skirt from Hush at 5ft 2, but this was too long and swamped me. I ordered a size 12 and probably could have worn a 10 as there was a lot of fabric. Usual Hush quality, but too long and not straightforward to turn up so returned.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I was hoping these could make great everyday skirts and ordered both colours. At 5ft3 I expect most skirts to be longer than the model photos show but these are extremely long - longer than the measurements given. The front of the skirt touched the floor on me when I had it high on my waist. Sadly sent them back and the search for a staple skirt continues. The material felt nice. Waist was also quite generous.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I ordered both colours. The navy was tighter on the waist. I really liked the khaki. Unfortunately, both skirts were really big in my usual size 6. It just stuck out oddly. The fabric is quite heavy which felt a bit odd for a skirt. It was a bit too long for me at 5ft 5 as well. I thought the overall look of the skirt is a bit underwhelming. It just wasn't right for me.</span>
